ANSS - CRM Implementation Lead
Description Organization: Public Service Location: Reston, VA The Public Service operating group serves government organizations around the globe, as well as foundations, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and non-profit enterprises. Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Position requirements include: Lead implementation teams: Functional Requirements and Design; Test; Technical System Configuration; Data Conversion and Interfaces; and Change Management Meet with client to deliver status and set and manage expectations Manage scope of effort with client and within each implementation team Support each implementation team with execution to include hands on creation of work products Deliver system and meet milestones on time and on budget Bring subject matter expertise with systems implementations and Customer Relationship Management to client and to each implementation team Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 7 years of systems implementation experience 2 years of experience in functional requirements and design, testing and change management TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Preferred Skill Requirements: Customer Relationship Management strategy or systems implementation PHP development language Open Source Software To submit resume online Click Here These roles require US Citizenship due to Client Clearance requirements.
