AMEDD AHLTA Sustainment Trainer
Location: Fort Campbell, KY.
Position Description:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing training to military healthcare professionals on AHLTA, an electronic health records (EHR) software application. The Sustainment Training Team member will be located permanently at a specific Military Treatment Facility. The candidate will be responsible for developing training plans, scheduling training sessions, conducting instructor-led and one-on-one training, reporting status, gathering metrics, scheduling and conducting meetings.
Required experience and skills:One year of AHLTA training experience One year of additional training experience Bachelor’s degree Clinical or hospital experience aside from AHLTA training (Medical, Dental, Optometry) Ability to obtain an IT/ADP II Clearance Strong verbal communication skills Outgoing, confident approach with customers Able to teach equally well in classroom and over-the-shoulder settings Strong leadership skills Well organized, can reliably and consistently meet schedules and provide reports Can adapt to change Able to complete tasks with minimal instruction and guidance
Preferred experience and skills:Ability to function in a Lead Trainer role Software Testing Experience Military background or knowledge
