This state of the art call center will be located in Chandler - GREAT for those not wanting a long commute!As an iPod Technical Customer Support agent, you will: Analyze customer's problem and drive to call resolution. Diagnose and provide a path to resolving inquiries related to all aspects of the iPod device, including hardware, software, networking and interactions with the host computer OS and applications. Accurately log all interactions in the customer relationship management system. Achieve call center metrics including average handle time, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and accuracy. Complete all training as required. Recognize and adjust approach to all levels of customer's experience. Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue(s). Communicate positively with team members, customer and other partners. Requirements: iPod Representative Overview: Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls from Apple customers and partners and providing solutions for their questions.Call Center Representative Duties:1.) Excellent Customer Service skills3.) Strong written, verbal and organizational skills4.) Passion for Customer Care5.) Use of computer technology6.) Experience with a personal computer and other devices, such as an iPod, smart cell phone, PDAs, etc.7.) Experience trouble shooting technical problems with personal computers, cellular and other devices.8.) Experience ideally with Mac OS X and/or MS Windows 200/XP/Vista.Must be flexible to work a schedule within the full hours of operation, which are 7 days a week. The hours of operation will depend on the time zone operating in. Our operation is open 365 days a year and will require working some holidays.
