data analyst
Come be a part of a company where you get the opportunity to work with stimulating technologies and give yourself the chance to learn and grow in today’s competitive IT environment. Currently we are seeking a Data Analyst to support our Redmond customer.
Job Description:
Need a data analyst to help with a project looking at contactability in MSO. Their goal is to identify key trends and drivers of contactability so that they can identify next steps to resolve the issues. Previous MS experience particularly with some of the commercial sales & marketing databases are highly desirable.
Key Questions to Answer:
What are the trends in contactability?
What seem to be the drivers behind contactability?
Are DNC contact permissions being set at capture or at some point later, which is potentially the result of poorly targeted marketing campaigns?
Since EMMA is supposed to be the recommended tool for marketing campaigns, may want to overlay any results/analysis with data in EMMA to ensure trends are consistent.
Related Work:
Metric definitions & baselines will be completed as part of another CSM Workstream, focused on 5 different metrics for contactability:
o Contact Attach Rate
o Customer Campaign Contactability
o Promotional Email Messaging Contactability
o Telesales Contactability
o GRS Contactability
These metrics will be reported on a subsidiary and segment level; audience pivots may be included based on feedback from v-Team.
