Job Category:Delivery Assurance Primary Location:USA-MD: MARYLAND-FT MEADESchedule:Full-time Job Type:Standard Employee Status:RegularJob Posting: 2008-09-10Description: Workflow Queue Coordinator at our Annapolis Junction, MD location to reconcile Service Level Agreements, gather metrics, and respond to customer service requests. Essential Job Functions Validates work requests for completeness, accuracy, compliance to standards, and correct alignment to portfolio project records. Develop checklists necessary for validation activities. Verifies appropriate work authorization by the client and company has been obtained. Ensure compliance to standard procedures throughout the project life cycle. Proactively monitors and analyzes complex queue data to ensure achievement of contract and internal service level agreements and project commitments. Offer options and advice to project managers to resolve issues. Verifies that required closedown activities are completed before closing service requests. Identify, communicate, and elevate issues when necessary. Monitors and report work progress on complex aspects of projects against established service goals. Coordinates the establishment of complex project charge codes. Performs complex analysis of project, queue and applications catalog data and provide findings to the service delivery team in spreadsheet and graphical views. Coordinates the implementation of workflow management processes at new accounts. May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related field preferred Four or more years of work flow or industrial engineering experience Experience working with project management methodology including work authorization, project planning, control, and assurance methodologies Experience working with a defined internal company process framework as well as clients' business practices, policies, and procedures Experience working with project management software, as well as email, word processing, database, presentation and spreadsheet software (macro coding, pivot tables, and charting functions) Experience working with financial accounting practices related to project labor budgeting, authorization, and tracking Other Qualifications Good project management skills Analytical and problem solving skills Interpersonal skills to interact with clients, internal management, and team members Communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and lead in a highly matrixed environment Ability to deal with ambiguity and change Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:TS/SCI w/ FS Polygraph Create Success
