Windows Systems Engineers

The duties of the Worker(s) shall include, but are not limited to the tasks listed below:

 

General Description:

Perform application software testing into a web-based application and a Windows-based computer system.  Work involves disseminating information, data verification of coded and non-coded from a variety of documents, maintaining filing systems, and retrieving data from the PC.  Assembles, organizes, tabulates, and verifies data.  May develop or assist in the preparation and documentation of procedures.  May maintain documentation, and perform clerical duties as needed.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

A. Knowledge and hands-on experience with testing benefit applications.

 

B. Knowledge and hands-on experience with the use of testing tools (e.g. QTP Mercury products).

 

C. Knowledge of procedures for controlling, logging, batching, editing, coding, or balancing data entry or information retrieval work areas.

 

D. Knowledge and experience with data verification and reviewing application code.

 

E.  Knowledge and experience with testing techniques.

 

F.  Excellent analytical skills.

 

G. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

 

H. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

 

I.  Ability to prepare and maintain records, files, and reports.

 

J. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal customers
