White Box Test Engineer

Description

White box tester for Windows platforms. Job will include code review and using automation tools to test Windows based applications for PC’s. Additional responsibilities will include enhancing documentation of the testing efforts, investigating new tools and expanding whitebox testing efforts within the organization

 

Qualifications

· BS degree in Computer Science and 3-4 years white box experience or 5 years equivalent working experience.

· Highly motivated, self-directed and able to work independently developing solutions to complex problems.

· Able to quickly pick up new technologies and processes.

· In depth experience of automation tools

· In-depth knowledge of C#; .NET Framework

· 3-4 years experience of testing and/or development for Windows (both XP and Vista)

· Hands on experience with MS Visual Studio (2005/2008)

· In depth knowledge and experience in testing, debugging and profiling tools for a Windows based platform.

· Strong background in testing within a networked environment and debugging networked protocols.
