Requirements

· 5+ years IT related field experience

· Excellent problem solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to balance multiple tasks and manage them under tight deadlines

· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with and lead diverse teams

· Must posses the ability to work on projects of medium to high complexity without direction

· Willingness to learn, understand, and practice Interface’s commitment to sustainability

· Excellent experience and knowledge with four or more of:

o WebSphere Commerce V6

o WebSphere Commerce Accelerator

o WebSphere Commerce Sales Center

o WebSphere Application Server V6

o Web Commerce terminology and concepts

o Product management, configuration, and catalog design

o Marketing Concepts such as promotions, campaigns, awareness ads, and eMarketing

o User Interface design and application usability



ResponsibilitiesWork with peers to publish new storesWork with peers to configure Commerce Server connections and messages (shipping, legacy systems, credit card payment, sales center)Works with Commerce Accelerator SMEs, as appropriate, in the set-up, routine management and operational support of storesLoad store / catalog data, assist with data access for custom and standard reportingApply fix and feature packCreates required instances using Configuration Manager/command line tools. Set up and configures authoring and staging servers. Use Configuration Manager to alter instance settings. Implement, administer, and design the group and individual level security policy and access settingsWork with the WAS and Database administrator(s) to ensure store performancePerform quick and custom installations, and configuration in both single and multi-tier environments. Implement security features. Configures email activity accountsConfigures store features, such as store settings, store style, store flow, logo, and pages. Configures scheduler jobs to support store featureVerify the installation and configuration. Troubleshoot failed installation or configurations.Understand the concepts of store archives and store assets as well as which store models are available. Publishes the appropriate store archives to support the selected business model. Launches the published store and tests its functionality Support SOX compliance by maintaining the environment within established guidelines and participate as requested in annual and other auditsMaintain housekeepingComply with safety rules and environmental regulationsBe aware of departmental Material Safety Data SheetsOccasional lifting of objects
