In this position, you will work closely with the business and technical teams, so strong communication skills are critical. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for coordinating migrations with production specialists, coders, and Web administrators. Specifically, you will: Execute migrations through multiple environments Troubleshoot migration issues Test the migrations Gather input on improving the migration process and toolsWe are looking for someone who can be flexible with their schedule to accommodate off-hour migrations. In addition, there is an expectation for the candidate to work out of our Irvine office about 4-6 times each year.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have: Experience in, and a broad understanding of, the Web and associated technologies File migration or Web administration experience for a multi-environment commercial website Minimum of 1 - 2 years of troubleshooting migrations and testing content on a multi-layered site 1 - 2 years HTML hand coding Ability to be technically and creatively proficient in helping produce high-quality, accurate Web pages Ability to handle multiple migrations in multiple environments simultaneously High detail orientation Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with file migration using FTP, UNIX or other comparable tools Solid communication and interpersonal skills Experience with IBM/Rational's Clearcase and Clearquest products are highly desired Content Management experience is a plusWe offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes: Medical, dental and vision coverage effective day one The ability to accrue three weeks vacation in your first year 15% of annual salary plus bonuses contributed by the company to your retirement plan, up to IRS limits Generous educational assistance Annual $400 health and wellness reimbursement Paid, comprehensive training programs Team-oriented working environment Business casual dressWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
