Role:This professional will coordinate and moderate multiple web communities. He/she will be comfortable with web tools and technologies, blogging and social networking.Responsibilities:� Manage subject matter experts (SME's)� Manage content/activity calendars for the sites� Monitor community activities on a daily basis� Answer questions from members� Write updates and newsletters targeted at various audiences� Stimulate conversations to grow a healthy community� Disseminate results to internal contacts� Generate reports based on site stats and content� Interact with and manage suppliers� Manage internal community teams� Provide feedback/ideas on how to improve the sites� Support/Implement new community sites� Have a passion for journalismExperience/Requirements:The Coordinator must be organized, detailed-oriented and able to assimilate information quickly. The Coordinator must be a proven writer with experience communicating to all levels of the organization. The Coordinator will be able to work under tight deadlines and in a changing environment. The Coordinator will be comfortable with social networking sites and web applications. The Coordinator should have previous communications and/or web applications experience.
