Job Purpose:

Creates a compelling Web experience by developing multimedia Web content.

Duties:

* Creates design concepts by studying and analyzing product or service definitions; analyzing customer requirements and target market; developing the visual style of the presentation.

* Constructs multimedia content by combining graphics, text, and digital audio and video using development tools; designing and creating interactivity; creating visualizations of product or service benefits; determining illustration style, color palettes, typography, and screen layouts; building user interfaces.

* Maintains multimedia content by updating information and design.

* Improves multimedia content by analyzing use; re-designing and re-constructing content and interaction.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:

Understanding of Adobe Graphic Suite Products, Flash or Silverlight Development, Basic Understanding of an advanced web technology such as asp.net, broad understanding of html.
