This is a position working internally with cutting edge technology. We have highly customized CRM Bond Adapt front end integrated with Great Plains on the back end. As the national director of recruiting, you would need to become a power user of our systems, methodologies, processes and procedures. This position requires strong detail, follow through, communication, organization and industry knowledge. We believe we have an infrastructure with standards and automation that allows professionals on a national basis to have success. Our automated measurable metrics, standard methodologies/procedures with common sense processes are second to none.
Internally, we have a total CRM, BI and ERP with new B-to-B being developed in this high-energy sales environment. We help enhance results by having programs and methodologies for today*s economy that offer R.O.I. solutions for consulting, projects, contracting, staffing and/or regular hire placements. Our internal technology, databases and infrastructure are the best in the industry. We offer sales support including automated internet recruiting, coordinating classification and industry, qualifying, advertising, state-of-the-art marketing, in-house training, remote online training, auto-dial, video conferencing, etc.
Skills/Requirements :
* As a working national sales and recruiting for an IT staff augmentation company, you must have ranked in the top 10% with sales, recruiting and training results rating in the last 12-18 months.
* Entrepreneurial and business-minded professional accustomed to wearing many hats.
* Experience working with a company in the $10-$200 million dollar category fits best with our multiple locations.
* Multiple office location experience.
* A professional accustomed to a fast pace, a *can do* approach and enjoys expanded comfort zones will thrive in this dynamic environment.
* Creativity, structure, automation, discipline and interpersonal skills/aptitude are inherent in our company*s infrastructure and culture.
* Four-year degree required with a masters degree or beyond a plus.
* Being able to recruit and offering business solutions is required with our methodology.
* Experience with professional technology organizations and/or user groups are a plus.
* A strong CRM advocate and power computer user.
