Unix System Administrator

We are currently seeking a Unix System Administrator for our ISS department located in Wayne, PA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include system management, implementing procedures, security and operation of Genex Services, Inc. UNIX and Windows NT Operating systems. Must be able to work on a day to day basis with application programmers to design and implement system changes along with developing and implementing procedures to evaluate application and system performance in UNIX and NT environments. Must also be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and efficiently and be able to interact with employees at all levels of the company.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  2 to 5 years in related computer field required.
