They are responsible for fostering client centric behaviors and facilitating the Strategic Account Management process.Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining sustained revenue run rate plus incremental revenue growth. Meet profitability targets for the account. Maintain contact with client, demonstrate understanding of their business, differentiate our services, and communicate our unique value. Support sales associate(s) efforts to identify and close new business revenue. Facilitate the process to increase Client Satisfaction and Associate Satisfaction. Facilitate strategic planning and account development. Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in Business/Technology/Sales Professional Services Experience (i.e. IBM, Oracle, Accenture, etc.) Past experience in managing large and complex clients. Experience working with Industry/Retail clients Marketing Systems/Services experience (E-mail marketing, Oracle, HP, Unica, etc.) Must have strong Client Relationship Management skills. Detailed Project Management and Implementation Methodology experience Technology - experienced in hardware, software, campaign managementand/or business intelligence tools (e.g. Unica and Business Objects) Sales - experienced in supporting, selling and negotiating Financial Management - Previous experience with managing a budget, forecasting revenue, and expenses.
