USA jobs: Project Manager

The Healthcare Solutions Group is looking to add a strong Project Manager to its Delivery Services Team. This person will be responsible for project management, risk management, financial management and leading business analysis for various existing customer upgrades and new customer installation projects for HSG's Sovera software suite.

This person will be responsible for leading matrixed delivery teams of business analysts and technical installation analysts both remotely and on client site for upgrades at existing customers and installations at new customers of the CGI Sovera suite of ECM products for healthcare providers. The project manager is responsible for execution, risk, and financial management for all aspects of their assigned projects and leading business efforts for those projects as well. Occasionally this person may be asked to get involved in business development activities for scoping services for Sovera installation and upgrades, providing feedback to product research and development for software issues and enhancements discovered by clients during project implementation, providing troubleshooting and guidance to support help desk team members, and providing team member mentorship and guidance on projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong project management skills (execution, risk, financial management)
Strong client management skills
Strong analytical and writing skills
Attention to detail
Interest in being a part of a services delivery organization with up to full time travel
Strong team leadership and business analysis skills

NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED
Healthcare experience is a real plus, particularly in Health Information Management or Patient Financial Services
IBM FileNet experience (Image Services or P8) would be valuable
Business development skills
Technical troubleshooting skills
