Time and Expense Analyst
A San Diego company is looking for a Time and Expense Analyst.
This individual will assist the data conversion technical lead with migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities associated with time and expense implementation. Key areas of focus will include employee time and expenses; labor; general ledger; accounts payable; accounts receivable; project set up; and pools and allocations. In addition, this position works closely with the program manager and line financial user community to ensure efficient and timely migration of legacy systems data to Costpoint and time and expense production schemas.
Qualified Candidates will have the following education, experience, and skills: A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred but applicable experience in Finance/Accounting will be considered. A minimum of seven years of finance, accounting, or project control experience. Experience with legacy financial system and time and expense module in a business environment. Proficiency with SQL on Oracle, MS SQL Server, and SQLBase platforms Deltek Impromptu/Cognos report writing tools. The ability to manage time efficiently; prioritize and meet deadlines; and perform multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.This position is located in San Diego. A second position is located in Vienna, VA.
