Tier I and Tier II Technical SupportDescription: Tier I and Tier II Technical Support Call Center/Customer Service, LAN, TCP/IP, Small Office/Home Office, SO/HO, Windows XP/2000, NetworkingROTATING SHIFTS FIRST SHIFT BEGINS 8AM - THIRD SHIFT ENDS 9PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING ALL SHIFTSA leading provider of VoIP Broadband telephone services is looking to hire Tier I and Tier II Technical Support Representatives to work both independently and as part of a team. Our Client is in the process of expanding their workforce in their new facility. They are currently looking for people with strong customer service skills to assist customers with any problems that they may be experiencing as well as retaining their business with the company. Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and troubleshoot customer-facing technical issues over the phone. Assist customers with installation of VoIP phone on their SO/HO (Small Office/Home Office) or personal Broadband network. Perform customer call-backs as needed. Interact with higher-level technical groups/Engineers via ticketing system. Meet standardized goals and objectives as established by the Management Team. Multitask a variety of responsibilities at once, including: Troubleshooting documentation while speaking with the customers Navigating numerous interfaces while maintaining a high level of phone etiquette, in an attempt to discover the root cause of an issue. This is a Direct Hire position with rotating shifts. The first shift begins at 8am and the third shift ends at 9pm, Monday through Friday only. Candidates must be open to working all shifts.
