Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist
Job description: Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal customers. Tier 1 technical support consists of resolving and documenting high volume, quick-fix issues for applications, hardware, and software. This function is a central point for recording problem solving efforts and details related to the customer's incident. This Specialist will escalate problems to a higher level technical support professional when necessary.EXPERIENCE: IT and Customer Service experience preferred. EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree or working towards in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.Technical Skills: IT and Customer Service Certifications are a plus.
