Tier 1 - Application Packaging - Junior

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years experience on software packaging using Wise and troubleshooting with MSI, MST, MSP.
• 3-5 years experience performing desktop support functions with Windows XP and software compatibility related troubleshooting skills.
• Expert working knowledge with DOS command line scripts and VB scripts.
• Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good working knowledge with VMWare Workstation.
• Excellent English oral communications and reporting writing skills.
• Familiar with troubleshooting tools like FileMon, RegMon, Process Monitor … etc.

Good to have skills -
• Good working knowledge with application virtualization technologies, including VMWare ThinApp, Altiris SVS, Microsoft App-V or Citrix XenApp.

** Excellent communication skills - (Verbal and Written) is a must
** Willingness to work in 24/7 environment is a must
