Tibco Lead Developer  This position will serve as Tibco Lead Developer for an enterprise delivery team. The candidate should have 5+ years of Solid Tibco design and implementation experience, and should have 10+ years of industry experience with software development. Resumes will be checked and we can easily identify candidates who do not have the years experience or the skills. Expect a well demonstrated history of building candidate architectures and design skills in the Tibco suite of products, middleware or EAI domain and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will lead horizontal design for a set of implementation teams accountable for actual system coding and delivery, and will be charged with ensuring adherence to a horizontal design and best practices.
