Test Team Leader

Job Description

Lead the test team and related integration/product test project plans for new business, enhancements and new project implementation through successful test execution; demonstrates results to key stakeholders.

 

Develop the integration/product test plan, develop specific test scenarios, test cases and process flows.

 

Collaborate with business owners to define scenarios and expected results.


Position Responsibilities:

Lead team of quality testers through integration/product testing (including regression and negative testing) and project manage the integration/product testing for large scale implementation projects.

Communicate and resolve issues identified throughout the process, communicate project status and escalates issues to stakeholders and leadership and develop measurements of success to train enrollment processor staff.

Develop test approaches / strategies for assigned projects and determine testing scope, deliverables, outcomes and measurements of success.

Identify and analyze quality risks and quality metrics and manage identified defects.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project tasks

 

Knowledge/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.

4-6 years experience in project management, project lead and/or quality assurance testing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Knowledge of software development and application testing preferably in healthcare.

Knowledge of managed care programs preferred.
