1. Experience in implementing and supporting ClearQuest and ClearCase LT on UNIX/Windows in a mixed LAN environment.

2. Experience in supporting ClearQuest using Perl.

3. Experience managing the source code and deliverable documents of multiple development efforts using the Rational Suite of products, Clear Case, Clear Quest and RequisitePro.

4. Experience in creating automated build scripts.

5. Experience in setting up test sites, deploying new software, patches vendor management and organizing technical reviews.

6. Understands Oracle administration as it relates to the Rational suite of products

7. Experience in Development, Configuration Management, Build/Release Management

8. Experience in Change Management, Process Engineering, and web programming. Must be able to document the build configuration, build procedures and change history for releases.

9. Experience in configuration management and release supporting multiple projects   in a multiple-branches environment.

10. Must be able to develop and implement configuration management programs and   processes in a fast-paced, aggressive environment.

11. Experience with Version Control System like Clear Case, CVS and Subversion.

12. Experience working in ISO, CMMi, or comparable quality environment including   writing technical documentation

 

Job description:

This position is for Information Specialist working in a 24/7/365 operational environment.  This program supports the client in collecting, managing, and distributing information.

 

Operations & Maintenance support tasks include maintaining/enhancing ClearQuest version 7.0.0.2 Client/Web environment. 

 

Design/develop/deploy ClearCase LT into the NAIMES environment using UCM in a mixed Windows/UNIX environment.  Develop Build/Release process. 

 

Assist in the design and deployment of RequisitePro in a mixed Windows ClearQuest UNIX environment. 

 

Additional tasks include following general directions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) established for the team in performing all aspects of the job, follow Quality Manage System guidelines to continuously improve the SOPs and WIs.

 

Ensures service levels are met in accordance with the customer, maintains customer satisfaction.
