This position has room for growth and provides the essentials for an individual wanting to break into the IT Industry. The job role and requirements are provided below and the manager is wanting to hire soon so please apply ASAP!Requirements:This position requires detailed knowledge of assigned product line (telecommunications, wireless, cellular) in a customer service role. IT ServiceDesk Requirement: previous telecommunications customer service experience. Provides quality customer service through a demonstrated understanding of customer needs and timely response to inquiries. Processes correspondence and complaints on the more difficult or sensitive items in accordance with government regulations, contract provisions and internal procedures and controls. Researches and obtains resolution to a variety of complicated customer complaints and issues. Maintains current knowledge of assigned product(s), processing systems, internal controls and related state and federal regulations. Monitors service activity and maintains detailed documentation regarding inquiries. Interacts with other departments to resolve issues as necessary. Assists in identifying quality and service problems and provides input to corrective action. Produces reports and participates in special projects as needed. May assist in training less experienced Representatives and assist them in responding to customer inquiries. Performs other duties as assigned.Thanks!! dianakiss@technisource.com Â
