AMDEX Corporation is seeking a Technical Writer / Documentation Analyst to work on a large scale Data Center contract in Springfield, VA. Duties include developing preliminary requirements, review procedures, test and evaluate instruction and guidelines, analyze the performance of guidelines and instructions, document procedures, instructions, guidelines, and perform operations analysis and other studies for areas that impact the operations, scheduling, and distribution functions of the Data Center.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms testing of procedure instruction, and test plans and provides liaison with and backup for the Automated Operations AnalystWill also maintain documentation and coordinate with designated external point(s) of contact, including Occupant Emergency Data Center ProceduresWill review, standardize, and update procedures, standards, and instructions for Operations, Systems, Scheduling, and Distribution functions and assist the Safety Officer in research, analysis and implementation to maintain the OSHA workplace safety guidelines
QualificationsStrong Microsoft Office Suite skillsExperience with PowerPointBachelor’s degree highly preferredUS CitizenshipAbility to successfully pass a Law Enforcement Agency Background Investigation to obtain a Security Clearance
