Technical Writer
This is an exciting time for CGI, and we want you to be part of it.
CGI Services to Credit Unions is currently in the process of expanding our Technical Services team in Halifax to provide support of our technology environment and solutions. The primary role consists of documenting as well as contributing to the maturity of operational and related service delivery processes.
Required Work Experience:
- Experience within an enterprise environment exposed to multiple service and technologies verticals.
- Previously held role primarily focused on technical and/or process documentation.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Knowledge of ITSM and/or ITIL Framework
- Experience with MS server technologies
- Experience with Mainframe technologies
- Experience with UNIX technologies
- Experience with SAN technologies
Required Level of Education:
A diploma or degree from a post secondary institution with a concentration in Information Technology.
Soft Skills:
Must be a creative, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and expert written communication skills.
Must Have Technical Skills:
- MS Office
- Adobe
