Technical Trainer

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Trainer with a technical background to join our team. The Technical Trainer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

·  Design, develop, and maintain training plans for software applications.

·  Design, develop, and maintain training curriculum for software applications.

·  Deliver training to users of our software applications.

·  Work with users to develop and deliver customized training.

·  Assist project team as needed.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

·  3+ years of experience as a trainer for software applications.

·  3+ years of experience developing training plans and training curriculums.

·  Ability to travel to customer locations as necessary(upto 50%).

·  Proven ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of people.

·  Strong planning and organizational skills.

·  Ability to work independently and multi-task.

·   Proven presentation and facilitation skills.

·   Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products.

·  Stable employment history.

·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design. Oracle and UNIX skills.
