Pay ranges from $10-$13-depending on experience and skills. Due to rapid growth, Volt Technical Resources is looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join a growing call center that will be supporting large companies nation-wide. Requirements: Desired Qualifications: Your tech skills will be tested. Various degrees of experience and education will be considered provided the candidate's application demonstrates the following requirements: Technical Associate Degree and/or 2-3 years related experience in one or more of the following fields: • IT/Help Desk/Voice-Data Technical Support • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Previous experience working in a call center is a plus • Strong written, verbal and organization skills • Leadership skills in an area of technical specialty • Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner • Superior time management and prioritization skills preferred Training classes begin soon.
