Technical Support/Help Desk
Must be local to St. Louis.
Downtown work location.
Must pass drug and criminal background check.
Responsibilities Include:
First level technical support for Wachovia Securities technology technical helpdesk. Must perform problem analysis, trouble-shooting and resolution as required on various products within the Securities environment to include:
Lan Connectivity, Desktop applications and configurations, Windows XP, Outlook 2003, 2007, Netop 7.0, Rumba, VPN Connectivity
Should be an analytical thinker with preferred experience in a fast paced, structured customer service environment
Required ability to adjust to work flow
Must adhere to measurable objectives and clearly defined roles and responsibilities
Requirements:
Preferred 1-2 years in a customer service environment providing Excellent Customer Support
Technical fortitude and adaptability, with a demonstrated willingness to enhance skills
Excellent Communication skills including, written, verbal, and listening
Positive Contributor and Team Player geared toward providing A+ Customer Service and Satisfaction
