Technical Support Analyst
The Apptix Technical Support Analyst will provide friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding technical support to our large customer base, as part of a fast paced and multi-tasked environment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Resolve complex messaging problems across all platforms to include server, networking, Exchange, mobile devices and other messaging applications.
· Deliver troubleshooting, issue isolation and request completion for User and General service Administration, Mobile Device configuration, Mailflow and synchronization support, advanced ant-spam support and general usability support
· Acknowledge, troubleshoot, isolate and resolve client issues via all input types (phone, email, ticket, chat)
· Display a noted proficiency in personal computer and operating systems and application troubleshooting
· Exude an ability to successfully manage installation of software applications
· Utilize coaching/ training sessions and one-on-one meetings positively, contributing to the discussion in an effort to take ownership of individual development
QUALIFICATIONS
· 2 to 4 years of college and/or professional training preferred
· 1 to 3 years call center and/or customer service experience preferred
· Must possess outstanding customer service skills and have excellent verbal/written communications skills
· Strong knowledge and understanding with Email and Microsoft Outlook software
· Basic understanding of MS Exchange principles, terminology and functionality is a plus
