Technical Software Support Manager / Professional Services Manager

Telrex is rapidly growing. We are seeking a highly motivated technical software support manager that can take our globally distributed support team to the next level.

Responsibilities

· Manage and mentor a globally distributed support team. 

· Determine deficiencies and provide training to improve skill gaps.

· Act as a liaison with Sales and Product Development regarding support issues.

· Manage support policies and procedures.

Skills & Requirements

·  4+ years of technical software support management experience.

·  Excellent written and oral communications skills.

·  Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize conflicting priorities.

·  Ability to respond actively, sensitively, and appropriately to the needs of internal and external customers.

·  Must be detail oriented.

·  When necessary ability to assist others to define, isolate, analyze, and comprehend complex problems, and guide them to creatively and systematically employ all available resources.

·  Must have a STRONG technical background to have creditability with support team. (LAN/VLAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Servers, Networking)
