Technical Sales Engineer - Enterprise Storage

Sales/Retail/Business Development Reference Id: ZYC186E2001FB7 Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Contact Info: Apply by Email Technical Sales Engineer - Enterprise Storage As a Technical Sales Engineer, the position will focus on reseller opportunities for eNex Systems, the SYNNEX house brand of storage and server solutions. This person will work closely with inside and outside sales representatives to identify and cultivate deeper, product focused relationships with new and existing resellers. This person will also work closely with the internal product management team to understand product positioning and the eNex value proposition. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Participates in the marketing and sales efforts of products to reseller customers. Actively works with existing accounts to drive complete storage solution sales. Follows established processes and procedures to assess and evaluate overall responsiveness to the customer base. Maintains established marketing and sales programs required to achieve desired penetration and achievement of quotas. Maintains assigned accounts, monitorscredit issues and manages customer relationships. Maintains and tracks the revenue and profitability of accounts. Participates in making group presentations at customer sites.Minimum Job Requirements College degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two to three years of related industry/business development experience or an equivalent combination of skills, education and sales experience Ability to develop a highly proficient level of knowledge and understanding associated with sales principles, concepts and practices. The ability to access and absorb a large amount of information. Demonstrated communication skills. The ability to develop a solid familiarity and understanding of vendor programs. Organizational and planning skills. Project management skills. Familiarity with and the ability to use Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail. Ability to work with numbers.
