McKinley Consulting, Inc., a partner firm to The McKinley Group, is actively seeking to hire a Technical Recruiter for an internal recruiting role. Located in the prestigious Carlson Towers at 601 Carlson Parkway in Minnetonka, the McKinley Group is one of the most successful executive placement and IT consulting companies in the region. With an internal staff of over 40 recruiters, we can offer a fun and team oriented environment and put you on a track that will meet your monetary goals. We are interested in speaking to all candidates that have 3 plus years of experience with contract I.T. staff-augmentation recruiting. The candidate will need to possess exceptional professionalism, motivation, integrity, commitment and enthusiasm. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to discuss client and consultant needs on a daily basis, build a pipeline of McKinley quality candidates, source candidates for referrals, cultivate and grow our internal database and work with the candidates from the point of initial contact to placement. Base salary, excellent commission plan, comprehensive benefits included.Â
Necessary background:
Three (3) plus years of technical I.T. recruiting in a staff augmentation model
                                Exceptional interviewing skills
                         Ability to multi-task
