Technical Project Manager

Technical project manager with background in ASP.NET, Java and IBM Filenet P8 to oversee software development projects for the Healthcare Solutions Group. Must have experience managing large development teams(>20) as well as global delivery. Prefer a candidate based in Fairfax, VA but open to other locations as well.
