Technical Education Instructor

The Training Associates has an exciting opportunity for an Instructor of Technical Education with our client in northern Massachusetts. The Instructor will be employing skills of design and development as well as management and delivery of technical training.

This is a 1 year Contract position, with full time work and pay plus benefits. Potential for Direct Hire/Full Time following one year.

Subject matter: data and voice solutions
Audience: Globally located Wireless Carriers

You will be responsible to develop and implement as well as regularly upgrade and maintain technical courseware and lab exercises for both data and voice product lines.

Direct and deliver appropriate training to global audience (within company as well as outside).

Follow through with meeting company objectives for revenue production and initiatives as you employ your technical and real world experience.


Requirements:

Communication skills must be top notch - verbal, written and interpersonal.

Bringing understanding of adult learning methodologies to this position, you will be skilled at transferring complex concepts to all levels of audience.

Comfortable with fast-paced environment, with team player and self-motivating personality and abilities. Multi-tasking multiple projects a huge plus.

Preference for proven knowledge and understanding of the following:
* 3rd Generation Wireless data and voice networking (UMTS, CDMA, IMS)
*IP data networking and planning
*Linux/UNIX
*Network operations and performance management
*Project management
*Technical/Customer support
Systems/Cabinet integration and hardware support
*Knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker & Acrobat, MS Powerpoint and Viso, Corel Draw
Knowledge of SML and Structured Authoring a plus
