Technical Accounts Manager

TechWise Group is a rapidly growing Philadelphia area IT services firm that consists of a group of highly skilled technology professionals whose mission is to provide cost effective technology support and solutions focused on Small & Medium Enterprises and HealthCare entities.

 

We are looking for bright, energetic, "take charge" account managers to be responsible for servicing 20 to 25 existing accounts, most small and medium sized businesses.



In this position, you will be expected to personally provide billable onsite services for Technical work approximately 75%  to 80% of the time. This work will be in the form of Systems & Network Design & Admin, Project Mgt, & Management Consulting. The other 20 to 25% of the time is Remote Remediation, Business Development, and Administration.

 

The position pays a base salary, full benefits, 401K, and a Performance Based Incentive Bonus Plan.

 

To be considered you must have Microsoft Certifications (minimally MCP and either MCSE or MCSA).   Additional Certs will be a plus.  



You must also have prior demonstrated experience performing a variety of activities from remedial services to projects, including Systems Setup and Administration, and Network Setup and Administration. Finally, proven experience in working with clients, particularly in the Small and Medium Enterprise space.

 

Knowledge of, or experience with Managed Services is a definite plus.
