Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to assume a Tech Support position for fast-paced, progressive IT department.  Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, hardware and software support, corporate-wide help desk support, and assistance in training and equipment installation.

 

Qualifications:

 

Qualifications include four-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent in business experience, with at least two years experience in the information technology field with both PCs and Macs.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing service and support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software, and performing repair and maintenance procedures.  Candidates must be customer-focused, with demonstrated independent problem solving and the ability to manage multiple and competing tasks and priorities.
