Team Lead - Websphere upgrade - J2EE Team Lead - Websphere upgrade - J2EE PM/Technical Lead for project. The objective of this Project Development Agreement (PDA) is to provide capacity to complete the WebSphere upgrade project. The project scope includes upgrading Life applications to WebSphere Application Server version 6.1 and migrating Life applications to RAD 7.0.5. Total number of resources: Onsite 3, Offshore 6 reducing to 3 resources midway in the project. The team will be doing both development and testing. At least 2 members both at offshore and at onsite should be able to manage small teams.Must have skillsStrong experience in JAVA/J2EE on Websphere application server (WAS) platform and Websphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD)/ Rational Application Development (RAD). Familiarity with JH web applications, tools and processes is an advantage. We need few members (Onsite & offshore) with this skill in the team so that there is minimal overhead in learning which is not included in the estimation. Familiarity with Win runner/Load runner tool is a plus.
