Current TS/SCI clearance and in scope SSBI (not earlier than Jun 03). Demonstrated experience using Analyst Notebook. Experience with ArcView, ArcMAP, ArcGIS and other intelligence community applications, networks and databases, such as JWICS/Intelink, MIDB/GEMINI are highly desired. Experience in one or more of the following areas: military industries; counterproliferation, and WMD; counterterrorism, underground facilities, or order of battle is highly desired. Experience with Defense Intelligence organizations, mission and functions and in providing intelligence analysis and production support to Joint Military Planning and Operations are highly desired.Duties: Individual serves as an all-source, Defense Intelligence analyst for DIA's Office of counterproliferation (CPT). Individual will perform some or all of the following tasks: analyze all-source information to assess foreign defense/military-related capabilities and intentions; perform intelligence research support to assist DIA in knowledge discovery and maintaining detailed intelligence information in DIA databases; evaluate information and sources for accuracy, validity, credibility and relevance; compile intelligence data on current events, developments and trends; establish a knowledge base on a region, function or issue; create analytical graphics, maps, charts and tables to display results of analysis; develop intelligence collection requirements; and interface with Intelligence Community, Defense Agencies and Military command representatives in developing and coordinating analysis and production requirements and assessments Essential Job Functions Assists in the development and definition of knowledge management systems; deploys knowledge management programs knowledge management technologies tools and concepts. Assists deployed knowledge management program teams to audit and maintain implemented knowledge management programs Works in conjunction with appropriate parties to identify, design, develop, and implement processes, procedures and reusable templates that support or enhance the knowledge management program. Develops knowledge sharing strategies and processes; ensures knowledge architecture is funded, designed, built, and administered. Coordinates and maintains content, tools and change management delivery channels within web based delivery environment. Ensures latest tools are incorporated into knowledge management programs. Facilitates knowledge sharing and ensures consistency of understanding across business units. Develops and integrates knowledge infrastructure and processes, plans, standards, tracks reuse, and scorecards; ensures proper training. Locates appropriate knowledge management content within the company in order to enhance the sales and delivery processes and to efficiently transfer knowledge to employees. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, library science or related field preferred Two or more years of knowledge management experience Experience working with industry knowledge management programs Experience working with knowledge management tools and techniques Experience working with management strategy and intellectual capital Other Qualifications Interpersonal skills for communicating with employees Good personal computer and business solutions software skills Analytical and problem solving skills Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:TS/SCI Create Success
