Experience Seasoned Test LeadPotential contract to hire. Proven ability to hit the ground running. Proven ability to effectively interface with core members of a project team (both business as well as IS)Strong / Clear communication skills.Strong leadership skills as the successful candidate will be expected to lead one (or more) teams of testers.Capable of leading the testing efforts of multiple concurrent
projects.Experienced with Quality Center 8.2 or 9.2.Experienced with reviewing business requirements for testability and
> to identify high level test scenarios.Experienced in writing test scenarios and test scripts.WWillingness to perform test execution, when necessary, in order to met
deadlines.Comfortable working with a diverse range of application platforms (i.e. - mainframe, AS400, web, etc.).Available to start ASAP. Position potentially requires successful
 candidate to work out of either center city of the Valley Forge
offices based on project needs.

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 Successful candidate will be the Systems Test Specialist-Level III for
2 Enrollment projects, Contracts and Booklets and ID Cards.Manage a group of testers.Willing and able to roll up sleeves and right test script.Get hands dirty if project runs behind.Get hands dirty if project only requires one person. The would do the entire project them selves. MUST be willing and able to work at both locations Philly and Valley Forge. With only a days notice.Must be able and have experience handling multiple projects at the same time.Helpful to have health care experience. If all things are equal our client is going with the health care experienced candidate.Very good communication skills.
