Serving the top 10 global medical device manufacturers, Avail develops and manufactures more products than any other outsourcing company in the medical industry.DescriptionTo provide a quality service efficiently to Avail personnel and ensure the right performance of computer equipment, Participate in projects, Follow SLA&##8217;s through close coordination with customers, Configure applications and computer equipment, Perform other activities as defined in the &##8220;Functional Team Member&##8221; role, Assist with configuration and troubleshooting in Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Desktop Applications, Analyze business processes and make suggestions for improvement through the application of technology, Collaborate with other technicians to determine optimal solutions to incidents and major incidents, Troubleshoot to find root cause/solutions of problems in hardware and software  related issuesRequired SkillsMicrosoft Windows OS- Windows 2000 Workstation & Server, XP Pro, basic LAN troubleshooting skills, Basic hardware troubleshooting skills, Familiarity with System Imaging/Cloning and Veritas Backup Exec preferred.
