The successful candidate will be responsible for:* Accountable for leading the documentation of business cases and financial metrics related to IT programs. Responsible for providing organizational support, administration coordination, and leading change management activity. Leading the continual integration and process improvement of business technology tool set(s) (i.e., portfolio management, quality assurance, change management, and performance work flow(s)). Monitoring organizational policy and procedure compliance. Performing project management and application development lifecycle methodology current state analyses. Performing project documentation current state analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities for improvement. Establishing an effective process framework to identify and execute continual improvement and maturity of project management and application development lifecycle methodology. 7+ years experience in project management, business process engineering, change management, application development, financial modeling and systems support. Experience leading the design and implementation of automated workflow tool sets. Proven ability to define, champion and continually improve organization policy and procedure. Experience in establishing discipline-driven management and lifecycle development methods (i.e., CMMI). Proven ability to successfully document mature disciplined business processes and procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation templates.Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, listening and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, group facilitation, and project management skills. A strong background in facilitating organizational and technology change initiatives to align systems and operations with business objectives.
