Systems Administrator/SQL Report Writer
Title: Systems Administrator/SQL Report Writer
Â
Duties/Responsibilities:
o      Administer the company’s Microsoft Network including:
§        Exchange Server
§        SQL Server
§        Group Policies
§        DNS Server
o      Nightly Backup of company Data with Veritas Backup Executive
o      Technical Support for employees of Sensibill
o      Software/Hardware Installations
o      VPN connection support for clients and outsourced technical support for clients, as requested
o      Data Mining – Expert SQL coding including: data extraction, creating queries and stored procedures
o      Advanced Executive Reporting for clients and analysis including:
§        Crystal Reports
§        Excel Reports
§        Access Reports
o      Report Automation
o      Creating/Updating Company Website
o      Contacting A4 on various support issues with Ntierprise software
o      Print Media Design using Macromedia Suite/Fireworks
o      Create/order marketing materials used for corporate events and trade shows
o      Project Management
o      Laserfiche maintenance and support
o      Document all errors that occur, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
o      Various Programming Projects to aide in streamlining Sensibill’s processes (HL7)
o      Maintain AntiVirus suite to ensure all computers are protected from viruses
o      Keep all computers up-to-date with the latest in updates from Microsoft
o      Maintain Warranties on Servers, Dell Printers, and MailRoom Scanner
o      Manage Electronic Claims Division
§        Oversee Claims Personnel
§        Run Daily Claims Status Reports from Clearinghouses
§        Ensure claims are corrected/re-billed in a timely fashion
§        Maintain Settings in software to ensure Electronic Claims Formatting is correct       Â
