Performs complex to highly complex troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose non-routine system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Develops and recommends course of action and implements as required. Upgrades system software and hardware components as required to meet business needs. Uses prescribed and/or non-routine protocols and procedures to ensure upgrades are occurring in accordance with established parameters. Installs, tests, upgrades and configures complex to highly complex system files and services to enhance performance. Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes. Develops and recommends new tools to management. Recommends new tools as necessary. Sets up, assembles, installs, configures, reconfigures, and/or modifies, hardware/software at client site for regular or special function use. May provide leadership, work guidance, training support to less experienced personnel. Basic Qualifications High school diploma Six or more years of experience with computer systems or networking Experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrades Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures Other Qualifications Organization skills to balance and prioritize work Strong analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel, customers, and managers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
