Install Prognosis software to defined list of Windows, Unix, and Linux machines. Installations are to be preformed via Tivoli SWD and SMS following client's change management processes. Work with support groups and engineering on any errors encountered. Ensure all activity is recorded in detail within clientâ€™s Remedy system utilizing Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Skills: - Tivoli experience (3-5 years) - Tivoli SWD experience (2-3 Years) - SMS experience on Windows (2-3 years) - Remedy Experience (1-3 years) - Windows, Linux, UNIX - Able to do Installations via Tivoli SWD and SMS following clientâ€™s change management processes - Able to use Remedy system utilizing Incident, Problem, and Change Management - Excellent Communication Skills - Prognosis Experience a plusMUST HAVE - Tivoli TCM and Windows SMSNote : Please do not apply for this position if you do not have experience on Tivoli TCM and Windows SMS.
