Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Installation/Maintenance/Repair System Level Repair Tech  Job Description: A large Fortune 500 Company located in Raleigh, NC is seeking experienced Production Test Technicians.Ideal candidate (s) will have the ability to troubleshoot and debug at multiple systems levels, configure & setup complex disk arrays, format and build software per unit and perform module verification. Candidate must understand technical equipment, languages such as DOS, Windows, NT, etc. Applicant must be able to troubleshoot, diagnosis and teardown a computer and able to rebuild and determine parts required to address problems. Must have the ability to document findings in tracking system and to determine next steps.Requirements: * Demonstrates basic functional and/or process knowledge and participates in process *To perform the major job responsibilities, applicant must have solid knowledge of the following : Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics. Testing: cable & harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer. Inspection: PCB loaded components. Mechanical & Electrical Tools: power air guns, electric/handheld screw drivers; Office Skills: data entry, spread sheet (PC), software. * Associates degree in Electronic Engineering and/or Computer Repair (or related degree) OR Electronic Military training.***Candidates with experience in Component level troubleshooting are encouraged to apply***A+ Certification is a BIG plus!For immediate consideration please submit resume to [email address removed].
