Essential Job Functions Technical lead for upcoming technology refreshTechnical lead for maintaining STIF, Test Facility, TPC, DRC and ETMS field sites Lead Engineer for development, delivery and maintenance of ILS CDRLsWorking level knowledge of TFMS Minimum of 10 years experience in System Engineering Network Engineering or System Administration experience Experience in field or site support and field installations is preferred Must be capable of working independently or directing small teams of logistics support; maintenance planning and support; supply support; site survey, installation, test, and check-out of system hardware and software Devised or modified procedures (or provided technical leadership) to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Demonstrable ability to lead personnel and maintain professional business standards is essential; Management of the operations and maintenance activities and personnel of large, complex computer based information systems. Competence to work at the highest technical level of all phases of logistics support. Good verbal and written communication skills are required 50% travel is required Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, physics, computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred Twelve or more years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, operating systems programming, or naval architecture Experience working with software and hardware systems design principles Experience working with specific software and/or hardware systems with a specific concentration in one or more areas Experience working with design and coding languages Experience working with design principles and applications Experience working with design principles and applications related to integrated plant, aircraft, ship and/or weapons systems (Naval Architecture Only) Other Qualifications Strong leadership skills to effectively mentor and lead junior level personnel Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, subordinates and team members Strong communication skills to communicate with senior management and clients through all phases of a project Strong organization skills to prioritize, balance and lead several projects Ability to apply analytical and creative problem solving skills to solve the most complex system design problems Ability to synthesize broad and narrow concepts and use them to meet company objectives Ability to integrate the most complex hardware and software systems Ability to use professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:AvailableClearance Level:Public Trust Create Success
