Job Category:Systems Primary Location:USA-CT: CONNECTICUT-GROTONSchedule:Full-time Job Type:Standard Employee Status:Regular No Job Posting: 2008-07-30Description: Essential Job Functions Analyze, log, track and resolve complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to Windows servers in an AD environment of approximately 7000 users and 190 servers. Perform hardware/software installations and upgrades, following all company policies for change control and documentation. Adminsters AD user accounts, Disk quotas and NTFS rights.. Maintain patching and CIS hardening for all servers to meet customer's security policies. . Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field preferred Four or more years of experience with Windows servers, specifically with ActiveDirectory Some experience with VM Ware ESX preferred US citizenship and ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance are required Experience working with AD Group Policy Objects Other Qualifications Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, and multitask Good analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:Secret Create Success
