The interviews have started for the requirement. The hiring manager is looking for strong Replication Server experience.
The following requirement is for our direct client from finance industry in Stamford, CT. Please send me your resume ASAP.
The duration of the project is 6+ months to Long Term.
The position requires working in the Equities aligned DBA team in Stamford, CT
In-depth knowledge of Sybase ASE 1192, 12.X and 15. Replication server 12.1 and 12.6
Good knowledge of Unix (Solaris 8 and 10) and Linux 3, 5
Production support - backup / restore, alerts monitoring, change request management, performance tuning, setup/modify Sybase replication
Production changes - Build Sybase ASEs, implement changes to highly replicated DB environment
Support Investment Banking applications
Team player with good communication and written skills
