Operations Your Responsibilities: This position is responsible for direct Supervision of Ultrasound Transducer production lines including Assembly, Test, and repair functions. The leader for this 30+ person organization is tasked with leading the Andover operation to achieve operational excellence through a focus on factory yield improvements, lean deployment and new product introduction and process excellence. The candidate will be responsible for achieving objectives encompassing output, quality, and continuous improvement by managing the budget, people, and equipment resources to meet organizational goals. Your Profile: Ability to implement and manage change in a dynamic, high tech environment.Demonstrated project and team leadership.Innovation and continuous improvement experience.Lean Manufacturing, 5S, BlackBelt/MEDIC experience.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent communication skills in individual and large audience settings.International experience desired.5-10 years Supply Chain or equivalent experience.Four year College Degree preferred.
