Support Specialist



Based in our Parsippany, New Jersey office as a Support Specialist, you will be a member of the IT support team servicing our offices throughout North America. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of working within tight timeframes in a team environment. If you have a high level of initiative and energy, an enthusiasm for learning, and have a client service approach, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications/Related Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline. Experience with Microsoft products and desktop support is required. This position also requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills. Experience with end-user support will be a definite asset.

Primary Duties:

Your responsibilities will include: Customer service support for end-users Hardware support and trouble-shooting (desktops, laptops, printers, Blackberry, etc) Outlook/Exchange and Microsoft application end-user support (WinXP, Office 2003, etc) Setup and imaging of desktops and laptops Verification and monitoring of Business equipment and software requests Inventory database maintenance and problem tracking logging Telephone (using remote control software) and on-site support for end-users
